My Story: After having my first child I was so heavy and upset. I was struggling from depression and no longer wanted to be seen outside my home. I would work and go home, be a mother and Netflix. I seriously didn't even want to be seen anymore. Then after doing some research and knowing the foods I liked to eat, (eggs, meat, cheese), I decided to do something crazy, I decided to try Atkins. I cut my carbs to 20 grams a day and only ate approved foods. Everyone around me began to watch my entire world change. The weight literally melted off me. I took the time to find my favorite meals and snacks and made it a lifestyle. I lost 110 pounds and it completely changed everything in my life. I feel like I have total control of my weight now and never gained back a pound. I still Atkins cycle my carb intake when I want to see changes on my body or boost my metabolism. I attribute everything to the dedication and science of Atkins and now am in the best shape of my life to be turning 30!
