In August of 2015 I weighed 285lbs and physically was not active and was not feeling healthy and happy with myself healthwise. I have tried many diets and my wife suggested we try low carb meals. We started buying Atkins meals and snack bars. 9 months later I have lost 95lbs and still losing weight. Occasionally we will have a veggie pizza but am feeling much healthier and happier. It’s a good feeling to have to buy smaller clothes!
Favorite Atkins Friendly Food: I love all the Atkins meals...mostly the Beef Merlot, Mac and Cheese, and all the snack bars.
My goal is to stay in shape, maintain this new healthy food lifestyle and continue to feel very healthy.
How Atkins Helped Get Me There: It is amazing that once I started eating the meals and low carb recipes Atkins provides how quickly the weight came off with little exercise. Atkins has made me stop trying short term diets and this is just a new lifestyle of eating healthy. I love it! I have a co-worker doing the same and he has already dropped a pant size in one month!
