Back in June of 2018 I was having severe pain in my right hip. Dr’s Wanted to do procedures that would not be a guarantee to work. I knew I was obese and finally decided to put my health Into my own hands instead of meds and procedures. I remembered a friend of mine always doing Atkins so I started my journey and now 6 months later I am painfree and haven’t felt this good in many years. I’ve lost 47 lbs. ive done every diet there is and I can say this one is the best and easiest. No carbs or sugar which are my down falls. It is truly amazing that without the carbs my sugars addiction was gone.
Favorite Atkins Friendly Food: I have to say the snack bars were my salvation and in the beginning the frozen meals.
Originally I just wanted to drop enough weight to hopefully help the pain I had in my hip.
How Atkins Helped Get Me There: Being able to track my daily food on the Atkins app real-time was a major help. Also the snack and meal bars always helped if I had that craving for sweets. I found the meal bars to be extremely filling.
