After the birth of my 5 precious children (all of whom I carried, gave birth to and for whom I gained LOTS of pregnancy weight!) Losing a significant amount of weight and keeping it off really has been SO doable, even as a busy, busy, busy working mother of 5! I start every day with an iced or hot (depending on weather!) big cup of half-coffee/half-Atkins French Vanilla Shake…yum!!! I LOVE the Atkins’ frozen meals and bars when I am on-the-go…I always have an extra Atkins’ bar or two in my briefcase and car! Plus, cooking for and eating out with my family is EASY with both Atkins weight loss and maintenance! I am able to pick the proteins and vegetables out of ANY meal my family eats, at or away from home. If we have pizza, I eat the toppings with no crust or at a steak restaurant, I choose a meat and salad and skip the bread.
