INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Sugar Free Maple Flavored Syrup
  • 3 tsp DIJON MUSTARD Whole Foods Market, Inc.
  • 2 lb Wild Atlantic Salmon
  • 0 1/2 cup Tap Water
  • 0 1/4 tsp SALT Morton Salt, Inc.
  • 2 clove GARLIC Iberia Foods Corporation

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small heavy saucepan combine syrup, water, mustard, minced garlic, and salt and simmer until reduced by 1/3 (to about 1/2 cup for 4 servings). Cool.
  2. Heat broiler. Arrange salmon, skin side down, on oiled rack of broiler pan and season with salt. Broil salmon 4-inches from heat source for 6 minutes.
  3. Brush with sauce and broil until just cooked through, about 4 minutes more.
