We’re in this together!

November 11, 2014

Hello! How are you? What’s been going on?

I love hearing from all of you and this community is such a powerful resource for me, I want to encourage everyone just getting started to really embrace it. Wherever you are out there, don’t think for one minute that you are on your own in this or that you are the only one who feels the way you do right now. There are millions and millions of people in the world who are not happy with their bodies, and one of the best things about Atkins is that there are thousands of people in this community who are here to support each other. Whether you want to lose a lot of weight or just live a healthier lifestyle, we are all in this together. We are going through what you are going through.

It’s true! I got to thinking about my first week on Atkins, and knowing that I was never on my own made me feel so much better. I found that first week to be the hardest, but my goodness, once I got through it, I felt so empowered. For those of you who were starting or re-starting when we spoke last week, how have you been doing?

All My Love And Support,

Sharon

P.S.- Atkins is giving away lots of free goodies next week! Check back here on Tuesday, you can enter to win a year of free Atkins bars or shakes and frozen meals!
