After having two children at a very young age, I managed to bounce back without much thought. Eight years went by before I had my third baby. By then I was a bit older and had actually put on quite a few pounds over those years. It took me five years after the birth of my third child to get serious. That is when I stumbled upon Atkins. The weight dropped off in about 4 months. I walked and did light weights just a few times a week. To be honest, I had worked out rigorously years before but could never lose the weight. I truly believe that what you eat is key to losing the weight. Atkins allowed me to eat healthy, yet eat until I was truly satisfied at every meal. I had never experienced that before. Here I am three years later and have maintained my weight. I have begun a more active workout routine and feel 10 years younger than I did just a few years ago.
