My Story: My weight now is less than when I was in High School. And I have never been happier. My son runs in college on a scholarship. I've always wanted to run a 5K race with him, but was always too big and out of shape. But this year, for the first time ever, my daughter and I have run with my son a number of times. Of course after he finishes his race he comes back and helps old dad to the finish line. Still, a remarkable improvement. I am so thankful for the Atkins Diet, Atkins Bars, and the Atkins website, as this program and all that goes with it is the only thing I have ever found that worked for me.
