Keto Shrimp Scampi Recipe

2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter Stick
2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb Shrimp
2 tsp Garlic
4 fl oz Sauvignon Blanc Wine
0 1/4 cup Parsley
0 3/4 fl oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Heat butter and oil in a heavy skillet over high heat until foam subsides. Add minced garlic and sauté until aroma is released, about 1 minute.
- Add wine, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Bring to a boil, lower heat to simmer and add shrimp. Cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink and no longer opaque, about 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
