How to Calculate Atkins Net Carbs
Atkins Net Carbs = Total Carbohydrates – Fiber – Sugar Alcohols/Glycerin (if applicable)
×INGREDIENTS
-
8 tbsp Tamari Soybean Sauce
-
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
-
2 tsp Garlic
-
1 fl oz Fresh Lemon Juice
-
0 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
-
1 tsp Canola Vegetable Oil
-
1 1/2 lb Pork Chops or Roasts (Center Loin, Bone-In)
DIRECTIONS
If you want to serve a dipping sauce with the chops, rather than boiling the marinade, make a fresh batch.
- In a shallow dish, combine tamari, Worcestershire sauce, garlic (minced), lemon juice, pepper and oil. Add pork chops and turn to coat evenly.
- Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove chops from marinade and pat dry.
- Place in a roasting pan and bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
