INGREDIENTS

  • 8 large (1-3/8" dia) STRAWBERRIES
  • 0 1/2 cup BLACKBERRIES
  • 4 1/2 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 1 29/48 10 raspberries RED RASPBERRIES
  • 0 1/4 cup HEAVY CREAM
  • 0 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt, plain, unsweetened, whole milk
  • 0 1/2 tsp PURE ALMOND EXTRACT
  • 2 each KIWI FRUIT
  • 1 medium (3-5/8" long) Carambola (Starfruit)

DIRECTIONS

  1. On each skewer, thread 1 kiwi slice, 2 raspberries, 2 blackberries, 2 strawberry halves and 1 starfruit slice.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk yogurt, heavy cream, sugar substitute and almond extract. Pour into serving dish.
  3. Serve kabobs with dipping sauce. Enjoy!
