Fresh Fruit Kebabs with Almond Crème Recipe

2 each Kiwi Fruit
1 29/48 10 raspberries Red Raspberries
0 1/2 cup Blackberries
8 large (1-3/8" dia) Strawberries
1 medium (3-5/8" long) Carambola (Starfruit)
0 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt, plain, unsweetened, whole milk
0 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
4 1/2 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
0 1/2 tsp Pure Almond Extract
- On each skewer, thread 1 kiwi slice, 2 raspberries, 2 blackberries, 2 strawberry halves and 1 starfruit slice.
- In a medium bowl, whisk yogurt, heavy cream, sugar substitute and almond extract. Pour into serving dish.
- Serve kabobs with dipping sauce. Enjoy!
