INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp CURRY POWDER P.A. Cha-Fong & Assocs.
  • 4 tbsp REAL MAYONNAISE Unilever Bestfoods North America
  • 8 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) CELERY Ahold Usa, Inc.
  • 8 large Hard-Boiled Egg
  • 0 1/2 individual packet Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Remove the yolks from the eggs, place them in a bowl with the mayonnaise, curry powder and optional sucralose (to taste).  Blend together until creamy and adjust seasonings and add salt.  Chop the remaining egg whites and blend them into the yolk mixture.
  2. Fill celery cut into 4-inch lengths with the egg salad and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
