INGREDIENTS

  • 8 tbsp Tamari Soybean Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • 1 fl oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Canola Vegetable Oil
  • 1 1/2 lb Pork Chops or Roasts (Center Loin, Bone-In)

DIRECTIONS

If you want to serve a dipping sauce with the chops, rather than boiling the marinade, make a fresh batch.
  1. In a shallow dish, combine tamari, Worcestershire sauce, garlic (minced), lemon juice, pepper and oil. Add pork chops and turn to coat evenly.
  2. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F.  Remove chops from marinade and pat dry.
  4. Place in a roasting pan and bake for 35 40 minutes.
