INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp Thick-It-Up
  • 23 oz Chinese Cabbage, Bok choy, Pak-Choi
  • 3 tbsp OYSTER SAUCE Milky Way Int'L Trading Corp
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth, Bouillon or Consomme

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook bok choy in a large pan of lightly salted boiling water 5 minutes, until tender but still firm. Drain well and leave whole or chop.
  2. In a small saucepan, bring broth and oyster sauce to a simmer. Stir in thickener; cook 2 minutes.
  3. Add chili oil to taste; pour over bok choy. Toss gently to coat.
