Keto Shanghai Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce Recipe

23 oz Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi)
1 cup Chicken Broth, Bouillon or Consomme
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Thick-It-Up
- Cook bok choy in a large pan of lightly salted boiling water 5 minutes, until tender but still firm. Drain well and leave whole or chop.
- In a small saucepan, bring broth and oyster sauce to a simmer. Stir in thickener; cook 2 minutes.
- Add chili oil to taste; pour over bok choy. Toss gently to coat.
