Low Carb Caramel Vanilla Chai Latte Recipe

0 35/48 shake Atkins Chai Tea Latte Protein Shake
1 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 Tbsp caramel syrup, sugar free
2 tsp vanilla extract
Equipment note: We use a mini frother to mix this drink, but you could also combine in a blender, or use a whisk to thoroughly mix.
- Measure 1 cup shake into a microwave safe mug and microwave until heated through, 1-2 minutes. Add cream, caramel syrup and vanilla extract and use a mini frother to mix well. One drink as described is one serving.
This low carb latte is a wonderful way to warm up as the cool fall weather sets in, but it can do double duty on warm days too!
