Ingredient notes: This recipe calls for the Parmesan & Almond Flour Pizza Crust recipe, and 1/2 cup of the Traditional Pizza Sauce recipe. If you do not want to make your own pizza sauce, you can swap in any premade pizza or pasta sauce that has 10 or fewer net carbs per ½ cup serving.
  1. Make the pizza crust following the recipe and bake at 375°F without any toppings for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden and crispy around the edges. Let the crust cool for about 5 minutes before adding toppings to prevent a soggy crust.
  2. While the crust is cooling, shred the cheese. You should end up with about 2 cups.
  3. Top the crust with 1/2 cup sauce, swirling to evenly cover all but the outermost 1/4-inch edge of the crust. Sprinkle 1 3/4 cups shredded cheese evenly over the sauce, and then arrange the pepperoni evenly over the cheese. Finish with the remaining cheese. Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling around the edges.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Slice into 8 pieces and serve. One slice as described is one serving.
