Keto Fillet of Fish with Tartar Sauce and Red Bell Pepper Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces Tilapia
  • 1 cup Green or White Cabbage, raw, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped

Directions:

Use the Atkins recipes to make Tartar Sauce and Creamy Coleslaw Dressing. 
  1. Prepare the tartar sauce and coleslaw dressing.
  2. Season fish with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Sauté in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with a small amount of oil, turning once it begins to turn white. Cook until the fish flakes from a fork and is translucent.
  3. Combine the shredded cabbage and finely sliced bell peppers. Toss with dressing. Serve with the fish and tartar sauce.
