- 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
Directions:

- Prepare the tartar sauce and coleslaw dressing.
- Season fish with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Sauté in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with a small amount of oil, turning once it begins to turn white. Cook until the fish flakes from a fork and is translucent.
