Ingredients:
- 18 medium (1-1/4" diameter) Strawberries, fresh
- 2/3 cup Heavy Cream
- 16 tablespoons Lily's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 fluid ounce (no ice) Cognac
- 3 fruits Kiwi, fresh

- Make low carb cake of choice. For this recipe the following recipes work well: Chocolate-Ginger Cake, Spiced Snack Cake or the cupcake portion of the Strawberries and Cream Cupcakes. Cut low-carb cake into 1-inch pieces, leave strawberries whole and skin the kiwis and cut into 12-15 chunks.
- In a saucepan, combine chocolate and cream and cook over medium-low heat, stirring, until chocolate has melted. Stir in cognac and pour the mixture into a fondue pot set over a low flame.
- Using fondue forks, spear fruit and cake and dip into chocolate. If the chocolate begins to bubble, it is too hot; turn heat lower or extinguish flames for a few minutes.
