Chicken Over Baby Kale Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces Chicken Breast Filet, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 5 ounces Fresh Express Baby Kale, Chard, Spinach mix

Directions:

Use the Atkins recipe to make Caesar Salad Dressing.
  1. Season chicken with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill or pan fry chicken until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. Cut into 1/2-inch strips and set aside.
