Bones-to-Be Chicken Wingettes

2 tsp Yellow Mustard Seed
32 oz, with bone, raw (yield after cooking, bone removed) CHICKEN WING
2 tbsp CHILI POWDER
1 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp SALT

- Heat oven to 450°F. Line a jelly-roll pan with foil, and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine chili powder, 2 Tbsp flour mix, cayenne, mustard and salt in a large resealable bag. Add half of the wingettes, and shake to coat. Transfer to pan, and repeat with remaining wingettes.
- Bake, turning occasionally, until crisp, browned and cooked through, 30 to 35 minutes. Transfer to a platter, and serve.
