57 grams Whey Protein Concentrate (30g=1/3 cup)
0 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
0 2/3 cup Wheat Gluten
0 1/4 cup Flax Seed Meal
4 Tbsp Wheat Bran, raw
We recommend measuring ingredients for this recipe by weight rather than cups for accuracy, especially if using in baking recipes. For recipes with a sweet flavor profile (i.e. cookies and cakes) we suggest using a vanilla flavored whey protein with 2 grams or less net carbs per ounce (this will not change the nutrition content for the recipe).
In a large bowl, whisk together ingredients until evenly combined. Store any unused portion in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
