Bones-to-Be Chicken Wingettes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red or Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Yellow Mustard Seed
  • 32 oz, with bone, raw (yield after cooking, bone removed) Chicken Wing

Directions:

Use the Atkins recipe to make Atkins Soy-Free Flour Mix for this recipe. You will need 3 tablespoons (3/16 of a cup).
  1. Heat oven to 450°F. Line a jelly-roll pan with foil, and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine flour mix, chili powder, mustard, salt, and cayenne in a large resealable bag. Add half of the wings, and shake to coat. Transfer to pan, and repeat with remaining wings.
  3. Bake, turning occasionally, until crisp, browned and cooked through, 30 to 35 minutes. Transfer to a platter, and serve.
