Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 fluid ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 medium Zucchinis
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Peel
Directions:
