Veggie "Beef" Crumbles Sautéed with Cabbage and Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup chopped Red Cabbage
  • 1 serving Meatless Ground Crumbles
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:

 This recipe uses the Atkins Peanut Sauce (see recipe), which provides 3.4g NC.
  1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add veggie crumbles and sauté to 3 minutes. 
  2. Add cabbage and continue to sauté until cabbage is wilted and veggie crumbles are browned.
  3. Top with 4 Tbsp Peanut Sauce. Or Peanut Sauce may be stirred in during last 30 seconds of cooking.
