Ingredients:
- 1 thick/large slice (1/2" thick) Tomato
- 6 ounces Ground Turkey 93/7
- 3 cup (47.3g) Mixed Baby Greens
- 2 thin slices Red Onions
- 2 tablespoons Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Xylitol
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
Directions:
- Preheat a grill or prepare a non-stick skillet with a little oil over medium-high heat. Cut the onion into smaller strips and place them in a bowl with the vinegar and sugar substitute. Set aside.
- Season the ground turkey with salt and freshly ground black pepper then form it into a burger. Grill or pan-fry the burger until it is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
- Make the aioli by combining the mayonnaise and chipotle in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Toss the salad greens with 1 Tbsp olive oil and 1 Tbsp lemon juice and place onto a serving plate. Top with the burger layered with the slice of tomato, onions (drain off the liquid first and discard it), and aioli.
