Keto Tequila Chicken Recipe

0 1/2 cup Canola Oil
0 1/4 cup Cilantro (Coriander)
1 1/2 fl oz (no ice) Tequila
1 1/2 tbsp Cumin
3 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Salt
0 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
0 1/8 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
32 oz, raw (yield after cooking, bone removed) Chicken Breast
0 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter Stick
- Heat oven 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine oil, cilantro, tequila, cumin, garlic, salt, pepper and cayenne. Add chicken and toss to coat.
- Transfer chicken to a baking sheet. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, or until largest piece is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and top each breast with a small pat of butter and let melt.
