Keto Steaks with Green Onion and Caper Sauce Recipe

2 large Scallions or Spring Onions
4 tbsp, drained Capers
3 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
0 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Parsley
24 oz Rib Eye Steak
- Preheat broiler, adjusting broiler pan to 4 inches from heat source.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper and cook until desired doneness (as a gauge, 3 to 4 minutes per side is medium-rare).
- While steaks are cooking, prepare sauce: In a small bowl, combine onions, capers, mustard and red wine vinegar. Slowly drizzle in olive oil and whisk until slightly thickened. Stir in parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spoon sauce over steaks before serving.
