Keto Steaks with Blue Cheese Topping

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 ounce Blue or Roquefort Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 24 ounces Rib Eye Steak
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions or Spring Onions

Directions:

  1. Make Cheese Topping: Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, onion and white pepper in a bowl.
  2. Rub each side of steaks with garlic and season with salt and pepper. Arrange steaks on rack in broiler pan 2 to 3 inches from heat source.
  3. Broil 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare doneness; turning once during cooking time.
  4. Top each steak with an equal amount of cheese topping. Broil 1 to 2 minutes more, until topping starts to melt.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
