Keto Steak with Asparagus and Mixed Green Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 5 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus
  • 1/4 cup chopped Green Peppers
  • 3 cups Spring Mix Salad
  • 6 ounces Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat)

Directions:

Use the Atkins recipe to make Blue Cheese Dressing for the salad.
  1. Preheat a grill. Season the steak with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill until desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes per side for medium rare.
  2. While steak is cooking, steam the asparagus in a steamer basket over boiling water until crisp-tender; about 5 minutes.
  3. Combine the greens, green bell pepper and tomatoes with the dressing. Serve immediately with the steak and asparagus.
