INGREDIENTS

  • 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) CELERY Ahold Usa, Inc.
  • 4 fl oz (no ice) Vodka
  • 6 tsp SRIRACHA HOT CHILI SAUCE Kikkoman Sales USA, Inc.
  • 1 tsp LEMON PEEL Frontier Cooperative Herbs
  • 0 19/24 10 small GREEN OLIVES Whole Foods Market, Inc.
  • 16 oz Tomato Juice (with Salt Added, Canned)
  • 1 tbsp RESERVA SHERRY VINEGAR Munster Specialty Products LLC
  • 1 tbsp WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE Harris-Teeter Inc.
  • 0 1/2 tsp BLACK PEPPER Finlay Extracts & Ingredients USA, Inc.
  • 0 1/2 tsp CELERY SALT B&G Foods North America, Inc.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the tomato juice, Sriracha, sherry vinegar, Worcestershire, lemon zest, black pepper and celery salt in a glass container. Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate and allow flavors to marry for at least 4 hours.
  2. Just before serving add several ice cubes into each of 4 tall glasses. Add the vodka to the tomato juice and blend thoroughly with a spoon. Optional: before adding ice to glasses dip top rim into a shallow dish of water and then dip into a shallow dish with black pepper (and additional salt if desired).
  3. Pour into glasses and garnish each with a half stalk of celery and 2 olives.
