Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces Tomato Juice (with Salt Added, Canned)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Peel
  • 4 fluid ounce (no ice) Vodka
  • 1 tablespoon Reserva Sherry Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3/4 10 small Green Olife
  • 1/2 teaspoon Celery Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 6 teaspoons Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
  • 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery

Directions:

  1. Combine the tomato juice, Sriracha, sherry vinegar, Worcestershire, lemon zest, black pepper and celery salt in a glass container. Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate and allow flavors to marry for at least 4 hours.
  2. Just before serving add several ice cubes into each of 4 tall glasses. Add the vodka to the tomato juice and blend thoroughly with a spoon. Optional: before adding ice to glasses dip top rim into a shallow dish of water and then dip into a shallow dish with black pepper (and additional salt if desired).
  3. Pour into glasses and garnish each with a half stalk of celery and 2 olives.
