Keto Soy Flour Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

  • 2 large Eggs (Whole)
  • 1/2 teaspoon leaf Basil (Dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 1/4 cup Tap Water
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 cup Whole Grain Soy Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients.  The spices are optional but add a nice flavor to the dough.  Set aside 
  2. Whisk together the eggs, water and oil in a small bowl.  Add all the remaining dry ingredients and spices, stirring with a spoon to combine into a thick dough.  
  3. Spread dough into a flat even layer on a greased pizza pan or sheet pan.  Using a greased angled frosting spreader/spatula can help to evenly flatten the dough.  Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.  
  4. Top with toppings and increase heat to 400°F or use a broiler to quickly melt cheese and toppings.  Makes 8 slices.
