INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Red Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 0 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine diced tomatoes with their juice, minced parsley and oil in a mixing bowl.
  2. Gently toss, season with salt and pepper and serve.
