Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 servings Sugar Free Raspberry Gelatin

Directions:

  1. Follow the recipe directions on one package of sugar-free gelatin (it should be 4 servings).  Place in the refrigerator to partially set up while making the whipped cream.  
  2. Whip the cream with a whisk or beater to semi-stiff peaks.  Gently blend the partially set gelatin into the cream and return to the fridge until set.
