Keto Sherry Vinaigrette
Cooking tip: This recipe could also be used as a dipping sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon chopped Shallots
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Reserva Sherry Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions:

Serve this dressing over spinach, watercress, arugula or other dark leafy greens.  Each serving is 2 tablespoons. 
  1. Combine vinegar, diced shallot, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking until dressing thickens.
  2. Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
