INGREDIENTS

  • 6 tablespoon EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL Salov North America Corp.
  • 0 1/2 tsp SALT Morton Salt, Inc.
  • 2 tbsp RESERVA SHERRY VINEGAR Munster Specialty Products LLC
  • 1 tbsp chopped Shallots
  • 0 1/4 tsp BLACK PEPPER Finlay Extracts & Ingredients USA, Inc.
  • 1 tsp DIJON MUSTARD Whole Foods Market, Inc.

DIRECTIONS

Serve this dressing over spinach, watercress, arugula or other dark leafy greens.  Each serving is 2 tablespoons.
 
  1. Combine vinegar, diced shallot, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking until dressing thickens.
  2. Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
