Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon chopped Shallots
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Reserva Sherry Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Directions:
Serve this dressing over spinach, watercress, arugula or other dark leafy greens. Each serving is 2 tablespoons.
- Combine vinegar, diced shallot, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking until dressing thickens.
- Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
