INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • 4 tbsp chopped Shallots
  • 2 tbsp Light Olive Oil
  • 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
  • 12 each Cherry Tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp All Natural Clam Juice
  • 1 1/2 cup Chicken Broth, Bouillon or Consomme
  • 1/8 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp
  • 4 oz Blue Crab (Canned)
  • 9 43/48 oz Clams (Mixed Species, Drained Solids, Canned)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium pot, over medium heat, sauté the garlic and shallot in the oil for 2 minutes until translucent.
  2. Stir in the celery, tomatoes, clam juice, broth and season with Italian herbs and pepper. Simmer 3 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp, crab, and clams, bring to a simmer and cook 5 minutes until the shrimp are firm and pink.
