Keto Popcorn Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 1/2 fluid ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 4 tablespoons Light Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic

Directions:

  1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté one minute. Increase heat to high. Add shrimp and paprika. Cook, stirring briskly, for 2 minutes.
  3. Add lemon juice; cook one minute more, just until shrimp are pink and cooked through (do not overcook shrimp, it toughens them). Transfer to a platter with a slotted spoon. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley; serve immediately.
