How to Calculate Atkins Net Carbs
Atkins Net Carbs = Total Carbohydrates – Fiber – Sugar Alcohols/Glycerin (if applicable)

3 tbsp Coconut Oil

0 1/2 Atkins Soy-Free Flour Mix

0 1/2 Tbsp Chili powder

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper, ground

2 each Egg

32 oz Trout, Brook, Lake & Rainbow
DIRECTIONS
Use the Atkins recipe to make Atkins Soy-Free Flour Mix; you will need 1/2 cup.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- In a shallow dish combine the flour mixture, chili powder, salt and pepper.
- In another shallow dish whisk the eggs with 1 tbsp water.
- Dip each whole trout into the flour mixture then the egg mixture and once again into the flour to fully coat.
- Fry fish until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes per side. Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite vegetable.
