Ingredients:
- 16 ounces Mushroom Pieces and Stems
- 1/2 teaspoon Marjoram (Dried)
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon leaf Dried Thyme Leaves
- 1/2 ounce Sauvignon Blanc Wine
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Stick
- 2 ounces Shallots
- 1/4 cup Parsley
Directions:
- In a large skillet, melt butter in oil over medium-high heat.
- Add diced shallots and sauté 3 minutes, until softened. Add sliced mushrooms and cook 10 minutes, until mushrooms release their juices. Add wine, thyme, marjoram, salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat to low; continue cooking 15 minutes, until mushroom mixture is almost dry. Stir in parsley.
