1 tsp CINNAMON Sugar 'N Spice, Inc.
4 tsp SALT Morton Salt, Inc.
2 tsp BLACK PEPPER Finlay Extracts & Ingredients USA, Inc.
2 tsp, leaves OREGANO Colonna Brothers
1 1/2 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
8 tsp Cumin
4 tsp Coriander Leaf (Dried)
This exotic mix is a great flavor booster for lamb, shrimp and chicken. After food has been marinated, remove as much of the rub as possible, along with any juices released, before cooking to ensure browning. Each serving is 1 Tbsp.
- Combine the cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, ginger, oregano, sugar substitute and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well.
- May be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Makes 6 Tbsp; 1 serving is 1 Tbsp.
