Keto Moroccan Rub

Ingredients:

  • 8 teaspoons Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons leaves Oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 4 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger (Ground)
  • 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons Coriander Leaf (Dried)

Directions:

This exotic mix is a great flavor booster for lamb, shrimp and chicken. After food has been marinated, remove as much of the rub as possible, along with any juices released, before cooking to ensure browning.  Each serving is 1 Tbsp.
  1. Combine the cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, ginger, oregano, sugar substitute and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well. 
  2. May be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 months.  Makes 6 Tbsp; 1 serving is 1 Tbsp.
