Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 - 4 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 - 1/4 cup Maple Syrup (sugar-free)
 - 4 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
 - 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
 
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients. Season with additional salt and freshly ground black pepper if desired. 1 serving = 2 Tbsp. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
