Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 pounds Atlantic Mackerel
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- 1/4 cup Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary (Dried)
Directions:
- Heat broiler.
- On a cutting board, mash garlic with salt to form a paste. Add rosemary leaves and chop. Transfer to a small bowl and mix in mustard and mayonnaise. Alternatively, mix ingredients in a small food processor or a mortar and pestle.
