Keto Mackerel Fillets with Mustard-Rosemary Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 pounds Atlantic Mackerel
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary (Dried)

Directions:

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. On a cutting board, mash garlic with salt to form a paste. Add rosemary leaves and chop. Transfer to a small bowl and mix in mustard and mayonnaise. Alternatively, mix ingredients in a small food processor or a mortar and pestle.
  3. Arrange fish fillets in the broiler pan. Spread evenly with rosemary-mustard mayonnaise. Broil 5 inches from heat source until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
