Keto Grilled Cheese with Tomato

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium slice (1/4" thick) Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Unsalted Butter Stick

Directions:

Use the Atkins recipe to make Atkins Low Carb Bread.You will need one thick/normal slice that is sliced into 2 slices for each sandwich or serving. 
  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt.  Slice 1 piece of Atkins Low Carb Bread into two thinner slices and place them into the skillet.
  2. Brown one side for 1-2 minutes and then flip over and brown the other side; add the cheese to the top of one slice of bread while they brown on the other side.
  3. Place two slices of tomato onto the melted cheese, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, and then place the other piece of bread on top.
