Low Carb Boozy Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce Rum - Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk Beverage, plain, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon truvia
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix
  • 2 servings Bigelow Spiced Chai Tea (Bag)
  • 2/3 tablespoon Pumpkin, canned

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the coconut milk and sweetener to a low simmer, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, place in the tea bags, cover and steep for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bags and dispose.
  2. In a mug, combine the pumpkin, pumpkin spice and rum. Pour in the coconut milk and mix thoroughly. Dust the top with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice and enjoy while hot.
