Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Rum - Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
- 1 cup Coconut Milk Beverage, plain, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon truvia
- 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix
- 2 servings Bigelow Spiced Chai Tea (Bag)
- 2/3 tablespoon Pumpkin, canned
Directions:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the coconut milk and sweetener to a low simmer, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, place in the tea bags, cover and steep for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bags and dispose.
- In a mug, combine the pumpkin, pumpkin spice and rum. Pour in the coconut milk and mix thoroughly. Dust the top with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice and enjoy while hot.
