Lettuce-Wrapped Swiss Cheeseburger with Tomato and Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Organic Hummus Classic
  • 3 leaves Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
  • 1 small whole (2-2/5" diameter) Red Tomato
  • 5 ounces Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)
  • 2 slice (1 ounce) Swiss Cheese

Directions:

  1. Season hamburger patty with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill burger till desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side.
  2. Top with Swiss cheese the last few minutes of cooking to melt.
  3. Top with tomato and hummus.
  4. Wrap in lettuce leaves.
