2 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese
1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Red Tomatoes
2 tbsp Organic Hummus Classic
3 leaf, medium medium Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
- Season hamburger patty with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill burger till desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side.
- Top with Swiss cheese the last few minutes of cooking to melt.
- Top with tomato and hummus.
- Wrap in lettuce leaves.
