- 3 leaves Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
- 1 small whole (2-2/5" diameter) Red Tomato
- 5 ounces Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)
- 2 slice (1 ounce) Swiss Cheese
Directions:
- Season hamburger patty with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill burger till desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side.
