Keto Lettuce Wrapped Chipotle Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 each Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat a grill or broiler. In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
  2. Form into six 4-inch patties. Grill patties, or broil 6-inches from heat source, 5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness (cook longer, if desired).
  3. Two minutes before the burgers are done, top with cheese.
  4. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and chopped chipotle in a small bowl. Adjust the amount of chipotle pepper to your level of spicy. Serve burgers topped with optional slices of tomato and red onion; wrapped in lettuce with the chipotle mayonnaise on the side.
