Keto Lettuce Wrapped Chipotle Burgers Recipe

1 tbsp WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
0 1/2 tbsp SALT
1 each CHIPOTLE PEPPERS IN ADOBO SAUCE
0 1/4 cup REAL MAYONNAISE
0 1/2 cup, shredded CHEDDAR CHEESE
2 lb Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)
- Preheat a grill or broiler. In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
- Form into six 4-inch patties. Grill patties, or broil 6-inches from heat source, 5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness (cook longer, if desired).
- Two minutes before the burgers are done, top with cheese.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and chopped chipotle in a small bowl. Adjust the amount of chipotle pepper to your level of spicy. Serve burgers topped with optional slices of tomato and red onion; wrapped in lettuce with the chipotle mayonnaise on the side.
