INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper and mustard.
- Very slowly drizzle in oil, whisking constantly, until vinaigrette emulsifies and thickens.
