Keto Lemon-Dill Vinaigrette
Cooking tip: This recipe could also be used as a dipping sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1/2 ounce Dill
  • 1/3 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon drained Capers
  • 1 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine lemon juice, capers, dill, minced garlic, vinegar, granulated sugar substitute, pepper and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Add oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking until dressing thickens.
  3. Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
