Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
- 1/2 ounce Dill
- 1/3 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon drained Capers
- 1 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
- Combine lemon juice, capers, dill, minced garlic, vinegar, granulated sugar substitute, pepper and salt in a small bowl.
- Add oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking until dressing thickens.
- Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
