INGREDIENTS

  • 3 large Egg Yolk
  • 6 serving 1 packet Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 0 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
  • 0 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter Stick

DIRECTIONS

  1. In saucepot over medium heat combine yolks, sugar substitute, zest, juice and butter. Stir constantly 5-7 minutes until mixture coats the back of the spoon.
  2. Remove from heat and strain through a wire mesh sieve placed over a bowl. Place plastic wrap on surface of curd; refrigerate 1 hour or until cool.
